Polyurethane Foam Roofing Systems

We have been urethane spray foam  (polyurethane spray foam insulation) for over 40 years and we continue  to be leaders in our field. We were pioneers of spray foam roofing, and  we have completed roofing projects that are still performing for over 30  years. We use only the best spray polyurethane foam produced by top  manufacturers.Polyurethane foam roof systems can provide a leak-proof monolithic roofing system that is virtually impervious to water.
Advantages of Polyurethane:

  1. Conserves Energy - Rigid  polyurethane foam offers the lowest thermal conductivity of any  commercial roof insulation product. There are no fasteners that cause  thermal bridging.
  2. Light Weight - The high strength-to-weigh ratio of rigid polyurethane foam makes foam roofing an ideal product for roofing  system.
  3. Easy To Apply - It speeds up new construction and minimizes exposure during the process and often eliminating the need for complete tear-off.
  4. Monolithic - The spray-applied  seamless blanket of insulation seals cracks and holes while insulating  the roof deck from exterior temperature extremes.
  5. Self-Adhering - No special  adhesives or mechanical fasteners are required. Spray-applied  polyurethane foam offers excellent wind uplift resistance.
  6. Self-Flashing - Spray-applied polyurethane foam is self-flashing around stacks, vents, ducts, etc.
  7. Extended Building Life - By insulating the roof deck from ambient temperature extremes, damage due to thermal expansion and contraction is eliminated.
  8. Green Insulation - Our foam roofing systems do not support molds or mildews, just like our open-cell and closed-cell spray foams.

Why Choose Foam Tight Roofing & Coatings, Inc. For Your Job?

  1. It takes more than the ability to spray  foam insulation to be a competent polyurethane roof installer. First and  foremost, the applicator and the company must be a roofing contractor  in order to know the degree of damage a roof has sustained. One must  also know what components of a roof must be replaced, how long the  existing components can last, and where, if any, leaks occur.
  2. While any foam applicator can spray a  roof, it takes decades of experience to know the pitfalls that accompany  an improperly installed roofing system. There are only a few spray foam  roofing companies that have the experience and skill to tackle a foam  roofing system.
